Will you be requiring airport pickup?      
Airport pickup is available to new international students at no charge from Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) to Madonna University from Friday, January 2, 2015 to Wednesday, January 7, 2015 between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. You MUST register for this service in advance.

HOUSING
All new international undergraduate students are required to live in the Residence Hall (dormitory) for their first semester of study. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to live in the Residence Hall for at least their first semester, due to the lack of public transportation in Livonia. There may be an exception for students who already have a U.S. residence, or plan to live with family. Exceptions must be approved; please contact the International Students Office.

The move-in date for all international students who are living in the Residence Hall is Sunday, January 4, 2015. Early move-in is available beginning Monday, December 28, 2015 for an additional daily fee. ALL early move-in requests MUST be approved by the Residence Hall Director, Ms. Tanisha McIntosh: tmcintosh@madonna.edu, phone: 734-432-5300, ext. 4038 **Please note the cafeteria will not be open during the early move-in week.**

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING
Students choosing to live in the Residence Hall must submit both a Residence Hall Contract and a $175.00 deposit in order to reserve a room. For contracts or more information regarding the Residence Hall, please visit the website here.

OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING
Although on-campus housing is recommended, students who are not in their first semester at Madonna, or who already have a U.S. residence, are able to live off-campus if they wish. Madonna does NOT assist in finding or maintaining off-campus housing in any way.

ORIENTATION
All new international students to Madonna University are required to attend international student orientation.

Orientation will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015. Click here to RSVP to the Orientation Program. It is mandatory for new international students.
ESL TESTING
The English placement test is required for students who do not meet the minimum English proficiency requirement (TOEFL, IELTS). The English placement examination tests your ability in Grammar, Reading, Vocabulary, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. It takes approximately 4.5 hours to complete.
